Ingredients

  • 4 c. dry macaroni
  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to directions on package and drain. Heat butter over low heat. Stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Add in salt and pepper. Cook till thickened. Stir in cheese. Combine with macaroni. Bake at 300 degrees for about 40 min.
