Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkt Lemon pudding -- instant
  • 1 1/3 c. Water
  • 2/3 c. Oil
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 6 ounce Lemonade, frzn Concentrate
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Cake: Beat water, oil and Large eggs with mixer 4 min. Mix cake mix and pudding in with egg mix. Bake in large cake pan 35-40 min. When done and still warm, prick with fork all over about 1/2" apart. Pour frosting slowly over cake.
  2. Frosting: Beat powdered sugar with the lemonade
