Ingredients

  • 6 x lasagna noodles cooked
  • 1 can , 15 ounce Italian tomato sauce
  • 1 pkt imitation crab-(diced)
  • 1 c. low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 x egg ( or possibly equivalent of 1 egg substitute)-your option
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp onion pwdr

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and rinse - mix together all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the tomato sauce.- spread this filling on a noodle - roll up jelly roll style and place
  2. In a baking dish- do which to all 6 noodles, and then pour the tomato sauce over the rolled up noodles - bake 350 degrees for 30 min. If you want, you can add in your favorite shredded cheese topping to the dish and add in another bit of baking time to heat and brown the topping. -It's delicious either way - and fewer calories and fat without the topping cheeses -
