Ingredients

  • 1 clv garlic -- chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 ounce Anchovies liquid removed and patted dry
  • 1 med Egg Yolk -- hardboiled
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Combine garlic, pepper, and anchovies in a blender. Blend till everything is finely minced.
  2. Add in egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend till smooth.
  3. Turn blender on high and add in the oil in a thin, steady stream while blender is running.
  4. Cuisine: "Low calorie"
