Ingredients

  • 2 lb grnd turkey
  • 2 x 15 1/4 ounce cans dark red kidney beans
  • 2 x 15 ounce cans Mexican style chili beans
  • 2 x 14 1/2 ounce cans Mexican style sliced stewed tomatoes onions to taste chili pwdr to taste

Directions

  1. Put turkey meat in microwave and cook on high for 7 - 8 min (till fully cooked). Drain off juices and crumble into a crockpot. Add in all the other ingredients (including juices in the cans). Set crockpot on high and let it go. It should take about 2 to 3 hrs to heat through. This makes a very thick chili and will freeze well.
