  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using nonstick spray - grease and flour one rectangular cake pan. Combine dry ingredients; add in egg whites, lowfat milk, applesauce and vanilla - mix medium speed for 2 min. Stir in boiling water. Bake 35-40 min.
  2. FROSTING:Cream margarine and yogurt, add in cocoa and sugar alternately with lowfat milk till desired consistency. Add in vanilla - you may need more lowfat milk.
