Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, quartered and skin removed
  • 1/4 c. corn flakes
  • 1/4 c. potato flakes crumbs
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning (or possibly to taste)

Directions

  1. Mix crumbs, potato flakes, flour, and seasoning in plastic bag. Shake chicken in mix and bake approximately 1 hour at 400 degrees.Microwave directions: Bake 12 min at 70% power; brown in conventional oven at 400 degrees for 5 min or possibly till brown.
