Ingredients
1/2 c. grnd flax seed meal
1/4 tsp baking pwdr
2 x Large eggs
2 Tbsp. oil or possibly melted butter
3 Tbsp. cottage cheese - (heaping)
1/4 c. cream
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add in a little water to thin.
Fry as you would regular pancakes.
This recipe yields 8 pancakes.
Yield: 8 pancakes
