Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. grnd flax seed meal
  • 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. oil or possibly melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cottage cheese - (heaping)
  • 1/4 c. cream

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add in a little water to thin.
  2. Fry as you would regular pancakes.
  3. This recipe yields 8 pancakes.
  4. Yield: 8 pancakes
