Ingredients
- 16 ounce Can solid-pack pumpkin,
- 13 ounce Can evaporated skim lowfat milk,*
- 1 x Egg,
- 2 x Egg whites,
- 1/2 c. Biscuit mix like Bisquick,
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar,
- 8 pkt Sugar substitute,(16 ts-1/3c
- 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice,
- 2 tsp Vanilla,
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease or possibly spray 9 inch pie pan with vegetable pan spray. Place all ingredients in blender, food processor or possibly mixing bowl.
- Blend 1 minute or possibly beat 2 min with mixer.
- Pour into pie pan and bake for 50 min or possibly till center is puffed up.
