- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 T sugar
- 2 1/2 c. bran flakes cereal
- 1 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk or possibly water
- 1 egg
- 2 T oil

- Stir together and set aside:

- Add in to bran mix and beat well:
- Add in to flour mix, stirring only till combined. Add in fruit if you like, dates, raisins, apple, banana, etc.
