I love to cook pork loin in the crock pot. It's a blank canvas. You can do pretty much anything to flavor the pork loin and it will always come out delish. This recipe was an experiment and a complete success! A new winter weekly staple!

Ingredients

  • 1) 2 lb. boneless pork loin
  • 2) 1 cup lite soy sauce
  • 3) 1 package dry onion soup mix (I prefer Liptons)
  • 4) 2 tbs. minced garlic
  • 5) 3 tbs. worchestire sauce
  • 6) 2 tbs. honey
  • 7) 1/2 cup water
  • 8) Egg Noodles

Directions

  1. Place pork loin in crock pot
  2. Add in soy sauce, worchestire sauce, water
  3. Add dry onion soup mix to the top of the pork loin (make sure to coat the top and sides of the pork, its ok if some falls into the soy sauce mixture)
  4. Drizzle honey on top
  5. Add minced garlic to pork
  6. Cook Low for 8 hours.

Hi Guys! Just made this again last night... came out delish! I used a boneless pork shoulder instead of a tenderloin. I also ended up loosly shreading the pork with a fork than serving it over egg noodles with lots of extra sauce on top! Soooooo good!!!! :)
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
