Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. tomato catsup
  • 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/6 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 c. blue or possibly Roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • Healthy pinch of each: sugar, paprika, oregano, crushed fresh garlic or possibly garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the crumbled cheese and whisk together. Add in cheese and blend well. Chill 1 to 2 days before serving. This allows the flavors to blend.
