Ingredients

  • 2 cans frzn shrimp soup
  • 2 sm. cans button mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1/2 pound crabmeat (fresh or possibly frzn)
  • Sliced American cheese
  • 2 tbsp. sherry
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce.) pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 pound sm. shrimp, cooked
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Heat soup. Stir in sherry, mushrooms and almonds and pour into 2 qt casserole. Gently mix in seafood. Cover with one layer of cheese slices. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill. When ready to bake, place in 300 degree oven for one hour. Serve over warm fluffy rice.
