Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh tuna fillets
  • 1/4 c. minced green onion
  • 1/4 c. minced celery
  • Juice from 1 fresh lemon
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. dill relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Bring tuna to boil in 2 qts water. Then reduce heat 10 min, throw away water and cold. Flake tuna with fork and combine all ingredients.
