Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh tuna fillets
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- Juice from 1 fresh lemon
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. dill relish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Bring tuna to boil in 2 qts water. Then reduce heat 10 min, throw away water and cold. Flake tuna with fork and combine all ingredients.
