  • 3 or possibly 4 pound beef tenderloin
  • 2 lobster tails

Directions

  1. Place lobster tails in boiling salted water. Boil 6-8 min and shell. Place lobster end to end inside beef. Combine 1 Tbsp. melted butter and 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice and drizzle on lobster. Close meat around lobster and tie securely in about 1 inch intervals. Cook at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
