Ingredients

  • 1 quart. half & half
  • 1 thick slice onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can lobster meat with juice

Directions

  1. Saute/fry the lobster meat, juice, and 1/2 stick butter approximately 10-15 min on low heat. In 3 qt saucepan, scald half & half with onion and salt. After scalding, remove the onion and add in lobster meat and drippings from frying pan. Cook on low heat 1 hour or possibly longer. The longer, the better. Serve with oyster crackers.
