Ingredients
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 med. onion
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 12 ounce. frzn lobster, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 hard-cooked egg
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper, garlic salt, or possibly celery salt to taste
- Dash of paprika
Directions
- Chop lettuce, celery, onion and hard-cooked egg in a bowl. Add in lobster to lettuce mix. Add in mayonnaise and spices to taste. Mix well. Chill. Serve in finger rolls.
