Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 bunches parsley
  • 2 med. onions
  • 3 lg. can crushed tomatoes
  • 8 c. water
  • Grnd black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. or possibly more should be spicy

Directions

  1. Put extra virgin olive oil, parsley, onion and black pepper in pot over medium heat. Place lobsters in pot live and turn frequently till lobsters turn red. Put in tomatoes and water; cook at medium heat 2-3 hrs till it is medium thick consistency. The last 1/2 hour remove the lobsters and shell return meat to the pot with any juice from the lobsters. Serve on thin spaghetti.
