Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. melted vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound lobster from tails, cut in chunks

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together. Add in beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk and shortening. Stir together and add in the lobster meat. Fry in deep fat (365 degrees) for 4-5 min. Serve with green salad or possibly avocado, grapefruit and lettuce.
