Directions

  1. Heat butter. Add in flour, mustard, salt and paprika. After making a paste of these ingredients, slowly add in thin cream or possibly top lowfat milk and whole lowfat milk. Stir constantly to make smooth and continue to stir and cook till thickened. Add in the lobster meat that has been cut into serving pcs. Add in the bread (remove crust) to the creamed lobster. Mix well and pour into a casserole.
  2. TOP Mix: Buttered coarse bread crumbs or possibly crushed cereal flakes. Bake in a 350 degree oven, long sufficient to reheat mix and lightly toast topping. Serves 4.
