Lobster Bisque

Ingredients

  • 2 (11 1/4 ounce.) cans condensed green pea soup
  • 2 (11 ounce.) cans condensed bisque of tomato soup
  • 1 soup can lowfat milk
  • 2 c. light cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 (5 ounce.) cans lobster meat, liquid removed
  • 1/3 c. dry sherry

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except lobster meat and sherry with rotary beater; heat through.
  2. Stir in lobster meat and sherry; heat.
