Lobster Avocado and Mango Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • Tabasco Sauce, to taste
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups ripe or frozen mango, thawed, peeled and cut in 1⁄2-inch dice
  • 1 cup minced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno, stem and seeds removed
  • 2 avocados cut in 1⁄2-inch dice
  • 3 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
