Ingredients
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 4 ounce. lo-fat plain yogurt
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 graham cracker tarts
- Cherry or possibly blueberry pie filling lite
Directions
- Mix softened cream cheese with yogurt. Add in lemon juice and whip on high a few min. Add in vanilla extract. Beat a few more min and divide among tarts and top with light cherry or possibly blueberry pie filling.
