Ingredients
- Strawberries
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 sm. box sugar free strawberry Jello
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Cold Whip lite
Directions
- Cap and wash strawberries and put into pie crust. Mix cornstarch and Jello with water. Stir over moderate heat till thickened, stirring constantly. This will only take a few min. When thickened, pour over strawberries and pie crust. Cold in refrigerator and top with Cold Whip lite.
