Ingredients
8 ounce. skim lowfat milk
1/2 box unsweetened Jello pudding mix (sm. box)
Sweet & Low to taste (approx. 1/2 packet)
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
Ice cubes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender. Drop ice cubes in one at a time to thicken. Makes one frosty shake. 140 calories; 1 gram fat.
