Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 box unsweetened Jello pudding mix (sm. box)
  • Sweet & Low to taste (approx. 1/2 packet)
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender. Drop ice cubes in one at a time to thicken. Makes one frosty shake. 140 calories; 1 gram fat.
