Ingredients
- 1 pound beef liver
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 8 ounce. stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
Directions
- Brown liver in the two Tbsp. of flour in the 3 Tbsp. of butter. Cook till brown. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over liver. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 min.
