Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef liver
  • 2 tbsp. seasoned flour
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed onion soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. In skillet, cook bacon till crisp; remove and drain. Pour off all but 2 Tbsp. drippings. Dust liver with flour. Brown in bacon drippings; add in soup. Cover; cook over low heat 20 min or possibly till tender. Gradually stir in lowfat sour cream. Heat. Makes 4 servings.
