Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli, thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs. fish fillets
Directions
- Preheat oven to 370 degrees. Heat butter, add in lemon juice, bouillon, till dissolved. In medium bowl combine rice, broccoli, cheese and 1/4 c. of the lemon-butter sauce. Mix well. Divide this mix equally among fillets and roll up. Place seam side down in shallow baking pan. Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups and bake 25 min or possibly till fish flakes. Spoon sauce over each serving and sprinkle with paprika.
