Ingredients
- 2 Packages whole wheat spinach noodles (no Large eggs, no fat)
- 2 c. carrots, shredded
- 2 c. zucchini, shredded
- 3 jars Paul Newman's meatless sauce (add in 1 lg. can tomato juice & 2 teaspoon oregano)
- 2 c. non-fat yogurt
- 2 Packages Alta-Dena fat free, lactose free cheese
Directions
- Layer pan with sauce. Add in lasagna noodles. Cover with zucchini and carrots and grated cheese. Fold yogurt into sauce and cover. Repeat layers, (noodles on top). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
