Ingredients
- 2 cl garlic, mince
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 8 x fresh plum tomatoes, chop
- 1 can whole tomatoes, chop
- 10 x fresh basil leaves, chop
- 1 tsp sugar salt and pepper
- 1 lb pasta, cook
Directions
- Sauteegarlic till almost brown. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 min. Serve over pasta.
