Lime Marinated Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 1/4 ounce Old el paso 40% less sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 lb Turkey tenderloins

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine yogurt, taco seasoning mix and lime juice; mix well.
  2. Place turkey tenderloins in glass baking dish; pour yogurt mix over top to completely cover. Cover dish with plastic wrap; chill at least 15 min or possibly overnight to marinate.
  3. Heat oven to 450 F. Line shallow baking pan with foil. Remove turkey from marinade and place on foil-lined pan. Throw away marinade.
  4. Bake at 450 F. for 25 to 30 min or possibly till turkey is fork-tender and juices run clear. Cut into slices to serve.
