Ingredients
- 16 x graham crackers
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 pkt lime jello
- 1/2 pt whipping cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 x lemons
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
Directions
- Crush graham crackers, heat butter; blend and press into 9" pie plate.
- Dissolve Jello in 1 c boiling water. Add in sugar and juice from lemons.
- Then add in evaporated lowfat milk. Pour into crust and refrigeratetill hard. Top with whipped cream.
