Ingredients

  • 3 ounce Lime jello
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 pt Vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 c. Minced pecans
  • 3/4 c. Crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello in warm water. Add in vanilla ice cream, mash with potato masher till blended. Add in pecans and liquid removed pineapple. Mix together. Cover with clear wrap and chill.
