Ingredients

  • 1 cup (dry) whole wheat elbow macaroni
  • 1 large head broccoli with stems
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried crushed ramen noodles (from a package of soup mix, broth packet discarded)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
