Perfect light dessert to finish a lunch or dinner meal and it couldn’t be easier! Make this right before serving - it’ll only take about 5 minutes. This is easy on the calories and fat, making it an option for heart-healthy and diabetes-friendly diets. Technically this is a sherbet as it contains dairy, which sorbets do not. But whatever you wish to call it, this dessert is easy on the waistline, yet very satisfying.
