  • ½ tsp all spice
  • 2 large eggs
  • Zest of two lemons
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ½ tsp all-spice
  • 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • Frosting Glaze:
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1½ cup powdered sugar
