  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine -- or possibly butter
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh Grnd nutmeg
  • 1 x Lemon -- juice only
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. 1. Put margarine into a 10-inch heavy skillet and place in a preheated 400-degree oven.
  2. 2. Whisk together the Large eggs, granulated sugar, flour, lowfat milk and nutmeg. Pour into warm skillet and return to oven. Bake for 12-15 min.
  3. 3. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Serve at once.
