Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Lightly beat egg yolks and add in to dry ingredients. Slowly add in lowfat milk and cook over low heat till thickened. Add in juice and grated rind of lemon and butter.Pour into baked graham cracker crumb shell or possibly baked pie shell. Top with meringue and bake as directed per meringue recipe.
  2. Or possibly, top with whipped cream and serve.
