A variation of mine of the poppy seed cake. Try it. You will like it

Directions

  1. 1. Grease & flour a 10 " tube pan
  2. 2. In mixing bowl, blend together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
  3. 3. Add eggs, vanilla, yogurt, milk, lemon flavor, orange juice and oil. Mix until smooth.
  4. 4. Fold in poppy seeds and make sure it is well mixed.
  5. 5. Pour into a greased/floured 10 " tube pan.
  6. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. 7. Let cool for about 20 minutes: invert cake and place on cake dish.
  8. 8. Cake should be cold when served. Best if frozen for later user.
