  • one lemon (juice Only)
  • one Orange (juice Only)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock (low sodium)

Directions

  1. Pre heat Oven 375 F
  2. Add vegetable stock to a baking dish, add lemon juice and orange juice, stir with a whisk to combine, add chops, cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes
  3. Remove from oven and serve
