Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking power
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup lemon olive oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 2 large eggs (at room temp)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Frosting:
  • 2 teaspoons butter (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon olive oil
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with non-stick spray
