Ingredients: 6 x Boneless skinless chicken Breast halves; 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil; 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley minced; 5 tsp Lime juice; 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 3 tsp Pesto, heaping; 1 x Clove garlic chopped Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

6 x Boneless skinless chicken Breast halves
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley minced
5 tsp Lime juice
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
3 tsp Pesto, heaping
1 x Clove garlic chopped Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT chicken. Pour over chicken and marinate for 4-6 hrs.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 min, or possibly till done.
