Ingredients

  • 1 x (6 ounce. package) lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. whipped topping
  • 1 x (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Prepare gelatin according to package directions, using liquid removed pineapple juice as liquid. Chill till partially set. Add in whipped topping, liquid removed pineapple and cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigeratetill hard. Cut in squares. Serve on lettuce leaf.
