1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 9 inch prepared pie crust

Directions

Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy and add to top of pie. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
