  • 1 lrg can Carnation lowfat milk, chilled
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sugar Vanilla wafers

Directions

  1. Refrigeratemixing bowl and beaters. Whip lowfat milk till light and fluffy, stir in sugar and lemon juice. Crush sufficient vanilla wafers to cover bottom of pie plate. Line the sides with whole wafers. Pour in pie mix and sprinkle more crumbs on top. Freeze.
