Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 can lemon pie filling
Directions
- Lemon chiffon cake mix may be used.Bake the angel food cake as directed on box. When cool, cut cake in half. On lower half use 1/2 can lemon pie filling. Replace top half of cake to make layered cake. Beat 1 cup whipping cream till stiff. Add in remaining lemon filling. Spread as frosting on top and sides of cake. Keep refrigerated.
