  • 1 cup short grain white rice
  • Water to boil rice per box/bag instructions
  • a few pinches of salt for rice water
  • 1/2 lemon (juice) & shaved Lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoon Capers with juices
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped finely
  • Garnish Sprig of Fresh Dill


  1. Boil rice as per instructions, fluff rice with a fork
  2. Add lemon juice, capers and juices, chopped dill and gently fold to mix all ingredients
  3. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish sprig of Fresh Dill
