- 125g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100ml natural yogurt
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 180g flour
- for lemon curd:
- 3 lemon juice (about 100ml) and zest
- 250g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g butter
- some strawberries for decoration
- Add a teaspoon of lemon curd on each cupcake. Decorate them with a strawberry or blueberries. The fruit will balance the sweet and sour flavor. Enjoy
