Lemon Carnation Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x tall can Carnation condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt lemon Jello, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water Juice and rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (no substitute)
  • 1/8 tsp table salt

Directions

  1. Refrigeratelowfat milk. Beat with electric beater. Add in sugar, lemon juice and congealed Jello and other ingredients.
  2. Line dish with graham cracker crumbs and on bottom of dish.
  3. Pour lowfat milk mix over the crumbs and put remaining crumbs on top. Chill.
