  1. Cream butter and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients; add in Large eggs, flour mix and buttermilk, alternately, beating well after each addition. Add in lemon extract and again beat well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 min.
  3. GLAZE: Heat lowfat milk and butter; pour over sugar. Stir till smooth. Add in lemon juice and rind. Pour over hot cake and let run down sides.
